Australian Food & Cooking
If you think that Australian cooking consists of meat pies and vegemite, you probably haven't had occasion to search online for a passionfruit icing recipe. All the results come from Australian websites, which leads me to believe that Australian Cuisine will soon become as much the rage as California Cuisine is now. Both are melting pots of east and west food cultures and centers of viticulture. Although Australia lacks the Mexican influence, the Indian influence with its chile peppers and cumin may compensate.
