Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh
PC Centers
Each of the PC Centers have computers equipped with Internet access and Microsoft Office 2003 products. We provide free computer classes covering topics such as basic computer usage, how to use the Internet, and Microsoft Office products. Link to Class Information for the schedules for each PC Center. On the schedules you'll notice the term "Open Work Time". This refers to when the PC Center is open for you to come in and use a computer on your own. Knowledgeable staff will be available to provide help, making this a great time to:
- Write letters, resumes, and reports
- Surf the Internet
- Practice the skills learned in one of our computer classes
- Send and read your email
- Use the scanner
