Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh is building a better library for its customers. We wanted to make the Library's unique services more accessible to more people.
This Library is the first to be transformed in our systemwide Capital Improvement Program. The renovation took 9 months; however, before that we worked with the community for 1½ years to determine the important features and services.

The building is made of English brown brick with stone trimmings. (Approx. 28,700 square feet.)
