Gardening Thyme: Preserving the Harvest

Correctly preserving herbs, fruits and vegetables for later use is an exceptional way to save money and to serve delicious and healthy foods all year long. Preserving is easy, fun and satisfying. Come to this class and learn the basics of canning, drying and freezing. Recipes are included and instructive handouts will be provided.
