Monday, July 29, 2013
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Most people have a certain "style" when it comes to anger -- aggressive, assertive or passive. Dr. Preston, a New York City-based psychologist and coach who grew up in Squirrel Hill, will explain the differences and attendees who would like to will be able to complete a brief questionnaire to see where they fall on the continuum. Dr. Preston will discuss the advantages of assertive behavior and how to incorporate it into one's lifestyle. She invites questions, anecdotes and examples so as to make the discussion as helpful as possible to all who attend.
