Pinpoint, Prepare & Perform with Web Analytics

Tuesday, April 23, 2013
9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

During this course, we’ll dig in and explore ways to use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, email marketing reporting, and social media dashboards. Expect to walk away understanding how to:

- Gather more meaningful data about your organization’s online presence
- Analyze and report on gathered data
- Identify opportunities to improve the results from your website and web activity

This class will help you pinpoint opportunities, prepare a strategy, and perform better in order to take your nonprofit to the next level on the Web. You'll leave with the confidence to take a closer look at your nonprofit's online activity and measurable opportunities for improvement.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants need to have administrative access to either Facebook, an email marketing platform, and/or your website's Google Analytics account.

The speaker will be Katie Vojtko, a marketing and social media professional working within the nonprofit and start-up sectors. With a finance and quantitative education, Katie applies an analytical and strategic approach to online reporting and measurement. Full time, she's the marketing specialist for TowerCare Technologies, a company that creates fundraising software, mobile marketing outreach, peer to peer fundraising, websites and much more for nonprofits worldwide.

Active in the Pittsburgh community, Katie has presented at PodCampPittsburgh 6 and 7, Visit Pittsburgh’s 2012 Social Media Pow Wow, University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration, Media Association Pittsburgh and Robert Morris University’s Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management. She’s also the president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of 85 Broads, a global network of professional women, a co-founder of Pittsburgh Social Media Group and an active alum of the University of Pittsburgh’s College of Business Administration.
