Pittsburgh author, Mary Frailey Calland, will present the events of September 17, 1862 (the Battle of Antietam and the explosion at the Allegheny Arsenal in Lawrenceville) and their impact on the fictional residents of Pittsburgh in her novel, Consecrated Dust.
