QuickFLIX Digital Filmmaking Workshop (two-day event) : Presented by The Labs @ CLP & Filmmakers at the Center

This hands-on workshop will provide a foundation in the basic aesthetic and technical skills essential to creating digital movies. Composition, camera work and editing are some of the concepts that will be covered.
Using Flip Cams and editing software, participants will collaborate on a short digital film using the 48-hour film project model.
Media artists from Filmmakers at the Center (a collaboration between Pittsburgh Filmmakers and Pittsburgh Center For the Arts) will lead each hands-on workshop.
