Studies report that people are more stressed than ever before. At the same time, the benefits of mindfulness and meditation have been proven in studies over and over again. Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or just a beginner, join us for a meditation practice session on the second Wednesday of the month. Each session will feature an audio guided meditation, followed by time for silent meditation. Doors open at noon, close at 12:15, and the sessions last a total of about 35 minutes.
