Black History Month: Poetic Strings : The Thrill is Never Gone: Music That Shaped Us

The Pittsburgh Writers' Studio plus several poets and writers from the community will read poems they've written about musicians who have influenced their lives and what Black History Month means to them. The Langston Hughes Society will do three musically-oriented segments, interspersed with readings from other poets and writers. The audience will be invited to write a poem at the event and share with everyone.
Light refreshments will be served.
