Construction Kickoff

On February 13, 2003, community and civic leaders join the trustees and staff of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for a "Construction Kickoff" at the Homewood library. The event marked the start of much anticipated renovations to this storied library.
Pittsburgh Mayor Tom Murphy emphasizes the value of libraries to Pittsburgh's neighborhoods.
City Council President Eugene Ricciardi congratulates Homewood residents and the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh at the Construction Kickoff held in February.
